About Deb & Eoin
Stand Strong Together was created by Deb and Eoin—partners in life, and in this work.
They met in Bali in 2006, at a workshop that would quietly shape the path ahead.
Not because everything suddenly became easy—
(it didn’t)
—but because something deeper began to unfold.
Like many couples, their journey hasn’t been without challenge.
They’ve moved through growth, tension, miscommunication, and the occasional
“how are we even having this same conversation again?” moment.
Over time, it became clear:
It wasn’t about who was right or wrong.
It was about understanding the patterns they were both part of.
That realisation changed everything.
This work is grounded in lived experience.
Not in perfection—
but in presence.
And in the ongoing choice to stand strong together…
even when it would be easier not to..
Outside of this work…
they’re also just Deb and Eoin.
They laugh.
They disagree.
They navigate life like everyone else.
They’ve had the conversations that go nowhere,
the ones that go everywhere,
and the ones that probably could have waited until after coffee.
And somewhere in the middle of all that—
they’ve learned that relationship isn’t about getting it perfect.
It’s about understanding what’s really going on,
and staying connected through it.
Alongside their lived experience, their work is informed by years of personal development, relational study, and guiding others through meaningful change.
The purpose of relationship is to nurture the flowering of soul—
within self and the other.
